I don’t like how the calorie block turns red when I reach my limit/ am near it, I have 1 calorie left and my block is red it’s really stressful

Don’t be so hard on yourself. I don’t know if this will be useful to you but I decide in the morning what I will be eating for the day. Dinner is my favourite and therefore I reserve a good portion of my calories for that meal. Good luck and be kind to yourself😊🇨🇦🤗

If you plan your meals and enter them before you eat, you can see your totals, your macros, and your calorie goal block in time to make changes to your meal plan. I’ve done that. Sometimes it’s as simple as, “only 3 perogies, not 5,” or “only 3/4c mashed potatoes, not a full one.” It helps! Try it. 💕

It’s not that I’m going above my calories it’s that It’s turning red before I’ve hit my limit
