After 5 days of carb deplete this week I’ve finally seen 1.5kg drop in weight! I haven’t been as strict and still cheating with some processed but low carb snacks. Also as a woman currently menstruating the scales refused to show progress until day 6!! But did a before and after photo from Christmas Day and now and that has helped me see my progress with investing in a PT these past 2 months.
