Alright, people. I'm on a mission to make these numbers go south again. I've been floundering around the same weight for months just walking on the same path. It's time to do a little switch um up😄and get back to keeping a close watch on what I eat and make this scale start moving again.
I am pleased to say that I went with my children to San Juan for my birthday in October, and barely gained anything on all that comida deliciosa. But, I digress. Back to moving this scale downward. Let's do this!
