As I suspected, the big week one drop was the body adjusting. This is more realistic for two weeks. Doing good overall. Walking most days despite the frigid temperatures and trying hard to focus on smaller portion sizes. Onward downward!!
97.6 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 16.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
