-Sugar free jelly (I make little ones in silicone cupcake moulds).
-Nomu Skinny Hot Chocolate.
- "Ice Cream" Whey protein powder with lots of crushed ice, blend until smooth. Sometimes I add a frozen banana for extra creaminess & sweetness.
- Cottage cheese or yogurt mixed with sweetener topped with berries.
- Half whey powder mixed with half peanut butter and a splash of water to make a sweet spread for rice cake.
- 1-2 Blocks Lindt dark chocolate (mint is my fav) but only if you can stick to only 2 blocks max.

- Half a low carb, no sugar, protein bar.
- Flavoured Herbal Tea (add mo calorie sweetener if needed)
Make sure you drink enough water, eat enough protein & fiber. This will reduce sugar cravings. Going lower carb also reduces cravings & appetite.

One Nestle Bar One is 255 Calories.
If you chop an apple into four pieces, and dip it in peanut butter, a conservative estimate of the amount of peanut butter is say, 10 grams.
10 grams of peanut butter is about 60 calories; so the peanut butter (even with only 10 grams per piece) is about 240 calories. Plus the apple (about 60 calories) is 300 calories.
To go back to the Bar One; 255 vs ~300 Calories.
Calories in, calories out. Here you might as well eat the Bar One. Careful with Peanut Butter :-)

don't know of you doing but do protein items like eggs, cottage cheese, apple and peanut butter, some peanuts or almonds not to many, I am doing herbal life and concentrate on more protein and has taken away the craving for chocolates and sweets, have had one cheat chocolate and I regret that.
