130.8 this morning. I ate decent all yesterday but ate heavy last night before bed so I expected it. Suprisingly my body looked good this morning, better than it has the last few days.
I hit the gym and tanning bed this morning. I felt silly at the gym because I was walking very slow but I didn't want to burn to many calories since I'm starting my cleanse today. This cleanse is very low cal so I don't want to burn too many calories, tomorrow I'm just going to skip the gym all together.
I spent two hours plus last night preparing all my meals and snacks for my cleanse. I'm eating my breakfast now a half cup of strawberries and a half cup of blueberries with one cup of unsweetened almond milk. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to keep your mind off the hunger during the cleanse? I'd love a big bowl of oatmeal right now, lol. I have a lot of water on deck for me to drink. I really want to stick to this though; I've been feeling sluggish lately and I know this will help my body feel better.
**update**
I am currently miserably shoving chicken and lettuce into my mouth. I usually enjoy food but not today. If I had a scale to weigh myself on I would probably push through since I'm sure I already lost some weight. Stupid, stupid cleanse. I almost caved and bought a sandwich but my girlfriend talked me out if it. Instead I'm going to add a glass of green tea, I need some taste.
I'm not extremely hungry and I'm not experiencing headaches. I am just completely bored by this bland food. It's all over Friday morning and I bet I'll wake up at 4am for breakfast lol

good luck with the cleanse! I think water is probably the key to keep your mind off food- keep your belly full of water

I know very little about cleanses as I haven't done one, however definitely had disordered eating and was hard core binge eater (no purging, just crazy overeating all the time- until I felt ill). It was a really hard habit to break and I had to teach and retrain myself to stop eating when I was full. I'm not sure it was ever easy. Typically I had a lot of water (and tea!) and I made plans with friends to keep myself busy. My worst time was at night sitting around the apartment. I kept myself busy, and spent a lot of time at my friend's places where I'd be less tempted to eat since MY food wasn't there! Best of luck lady :)

You're welcome! And thanks! I think breaking up meals can be useful. This is something I recently started to do and it helps a lot. I eat my breakfast and lunch up throughout morning until dinner time. (Today: greek yogurt w/strawberries, almonds, raisins, apple, pear, hard boiled egg, tuna). I feel like I get to eat all day! My biggest thing now is trying to eat clean I guess it's called? Or maybe it's called eating 'whole foods'. I'm not sure, but basically just from the food groups, and all "real" food (as I call it); fruits, veggies, meats, nuts, dairy (yogurt/cheese). I have some great produce markets in my neighborhood that are cheap (and Trader Joe's is good too!) And in general I watch my starch and sugar intake (but it varies... ie, I don't care if I'm having some sugar from my fruit), and I don't add butter or salt or anything to my food. I actually have been finding I feel way better and have heaps more energy! (I'm not too sure what you typically eat - haven't checked the food diary!)

And PS - YOU look fantastic! I love your tiny waist! I must admit I'm slightly jealous; I've NEVER had much of a waist. In HS my dance instructors would lovingly joke about my nonexistent waist when we'd get measured for uniforms!
