Veggie chilli leftovers tonight - 420 calories with rice. Could eat it all again - hungry today! 🙈

This looks a tiny portion to me!! Are you sure it’sthat many cals??(could explain my weight !!!)

Ha yeah I’m afraid so! The rice alone was 200 cals and there’s 99 cals of kidney beans in there and I used olive oil to cook because I think the results are better. It does look small though maybe I should use a smaller plate next time to trick myself into thinking it’s a bigger portion 🤔

I weighed my cereal this morning… I have been underestimating by about half! I have the binoculars round the wrong way!!
