What a day today has already been, so many highs and lows. I started my day at the gym and also hit the tanning booth before work. When I got here there was still left over pumpkin cake. Instead of resisting I ate a piece. Nothing crazy and I didn't shovel it in without thinking as I did yesterday so I am ok with this. If I eat heavy (or bad) I prefer it to be in the morning so that I have the rest of the day to work it off.
I've been doing so well on this diet for so long but I can see myself starting to slip. I get to a place where I am content and slowly drift off the path. I definately don't want that to happen this time. I see it starting now by eating too much. I need to keep recording here at fat secret each day, it helps make me accontable for any gains and/or losses.
Also, I found a two day cleanse online last night and I am going to do that tomorrow and thursday. You can still eat but it's limited to 8oz of meat and fruits and veggies in a day. I know that the cleanse will help me feel better after eating so many processed foods over the last few days and I'm sure it will also knock at least 2 pounds off the scale which will hopefully jump start my motivation.
On Thursday the second day of my cleanse, I am going to take myself shopping. I haven't been feeling good about myself lately and that never helps me lose weight. To me it's a feel good eat good type of deal. I know part of my blah feeling is that I don't have anything to wear. It's the same outfits every week. I was going to go shopping today but since I've been horrible to myself food wise the last few days I decided not to.
I'm doing good staying away from the soda. Today is day 2 without any. I'm a little tired today but that could also be the lack of sleep I got last night.

STAY ACCOUNTABLE! don't give up on FS! it's a great tool and will help you get through each and every day and stay motivated to maintain your new figure! i am always hesitant about cleanses, but as long as you're careful and two days really isn't too much, i wish you luck! i hope that you can boost your motivation and your wardrobe! also, soda is a totally unnecessary thing- read Skinny Bitch if you need some more motivation to stay away from it (the whole book is good (although i do not live vegan at all), but you can probably find some snippets about sugar and soda from it online for caffeine you can try tea (green or otherwise)--teavana is kind of pricey, but they have some great flavors that might satisfy your sweet tooth and give you a jolt of caffeine!

ok..I got it on the cleanse... how did I miss this post?? The cleanse sounds good. I hear you on wearing the same clothes...so tired of mine.
