Massive drop over 10kg since Xmas, been pushing hard as on holiday to the Vegas 🇺🇸 for a week where food 🥩 and drink 🍻 will definitely not be tracked, hopefully two long cycle rides will dampen the impact, see you in a week to start the next 10kg loss after a 5kg gain 😂
