Resep/bahan:
- Indomie goreng 1 bungkus
- Susu UHT (low fat diamond) 70-80ml
- Telur 1-2 biji
- Oregano (secukupnya)
Penyajian awal:
- Rebus mi setengah mateng
- Angkat & tiriskan
Penyajian saus cream:
- Panaskan susu UHT dengan api kecil
- Campurkan bumbu mie goreng
- Tambahkan telur
- Aduk merata hingga sekitar 2-3 menit
Penyajian akhir:
- Tambahkan mie dan campur/aduk hingga rata dan mie menyerap saus cream nya
- Angkat dan taburi dengan oregano
