So I remember for the future... I was on the 4-Hour Body from Feb 15 to April 16, followed it very strictly at first and then started adding more cheese and pigging out on nuts, and as a result did not lose much later on. May go back to it in the future, but going to try low-calorie with cheat days for the next couple of weeks.
