Day 4 of Operation Take Back Control.

So I have lost half a pound in four days, I knew it would be a loss but to be honest I expected it to be a bit more! But a loss is a loss I suppose.

Time to completely cut out those treats and work a bit harder at the gym. I keep telling myself that it took months to get into this state, so it is going to take months to get back out of it.

Went to the gym this morning and enjoyed it, although it was very busy and I still haven't quite got my confidence back so I avoided some of the equipment even though I wanted to use it. Did a small bit of weights and did better in my cardio than my last visit.

Have been keeping myself motivated by watching videos on Youtube and reading raw food websites. I can do this.

Any encouragement welcome - it would be so easy to fall off the wagon right now!!
