PREP : Marinate 250g of Chick.Breasts with 1 spoon of chilly, corriander, curd, ginger & garlic paste, 1/2 spoon of garam masala, pepper and salt.
(1 to 2 Hrs Aside)
Heat Pan with Oil, Fry for 7 mins each side.
Add butter in the end and flip both sides.
