OOPS! I really believe that darn Atkins Bar I ate at bed time is the reason for my 1/2 lb. weight gain. I get so hungry for sweets at night and the bar seemed to be the answer, but maybe not. Must re-think this plan to beat down the Sweet Tooth Monster. Stay true all and have a great day!
