Day 2 of Take Back Control and I'm feeling pretty good, sun's shining and I'm feeling better about eating healthier and being more energetic. Have spent the day housecleaning in preparation for moving next year. My knee is hurting from yesterday and I really need to get a new knee support so going to try and walk everywhere to build up the muscles around it. Probably hurting because I did nearly half an hour running on the treadmill yesterday.

Will report back in a week's time :)
