By eliminated all the junk foods I cutdown my daily kcal. I took specified diet and started simple exercises in morning. I take home made cereal daily in breakfast. then at 1:30 pm i take lunch with salad and 2 rotis with sabzi or dal whatever available. at night around 7:30 i take dinner sometimes 4 boiled egg or fruits or 2-3 egg bhurji with 1 roti....sometimes 1 roti with soybean chunks sabzi, sometime with sabzi whatever available.

Didn't count protein but i take eggs and soya chunks..thats all in protein.
