It's been a week and I feel terrific!! I find it easy right now not to be tempted as long as I don't take even a lick off my fingers for what I am making my husband!! lol My temptations creep in when I am in bed. It looks like many of us have this issue. However each night that goes by I am finding it easier. As well now that I have been on sugar twin for about 5 days I think that has really helped. I especially watch the sodium as well and have been doing quite well I think. Anyways, I thank everyone for their support and comments and wish everyone a terrific week!!!
