Added peppers, onions, carrots, and chicken. Cooked it with a homemade sauce—soy sauce, honey, ginger powder, garlic powder, and a little hot pepper sauce.

I’ll check out that ramen brand ! I’ve been using ready bottled sauces for my stirfrys from the asian section at my grocery store ( not ideal, good, but they’re loaded with sodium! ) Anyways, nothing like homemade! I’ll definitely give yours a go for my next one ☺️ I can already tell it’s gonna be great! Thanks 😊🙏🏼

Hi Hanelle. Looks like we’re on parallel journeys. What’s your strategy? I’m thinking…1300 calories per day (seems to be my sweet spot for weight loss), and cardio and weight training 5 days per week. Thoughts ?

Hi Michelle! I like this app as it helps me realize there’s other people who are working on their weight just like me. Thanks for your support.😊. So I have about 1300-1400 calories per day but I haven’t been working out. Need to get back into that. The thing that helps me is drinking lots of water.
