This morning I decided to stop wondering and just try on a smaller pant size. It's been over 5 years since I could rock a size 12 and I'm over the moon! Increased my Ozempic to 1mg yesturday and hoping to see the lbs keep peeling off. maybe in a couple monthes I can drop to a 10! Can't attribute all my success to the support of the people on this app but I can easily say you all keep me accountable and provide priceless support for the harder days. Truly hoping you all have an amazing day, and are staying healthy! We got this!

What is ozempic
07 Feb 22 by member: england58
Ozempic is the trade name for a prescription drug called Semaglutide, it is typically prescribed for type 2 diabetes, but has been found to be effective in helping people lose weight, so one would have to discuss the drug with their doctor, to see if they are able to try it. Look it up online to learn more about effectiveness and side effects. I do not take it myself.

Thanks grandmel! I started Ozempic as part of a trial after we had exhausted alot of other methods for weight-loss. It has helped to balance my hormones and my blood sugars which were making it very difficult for me to loose anything regardless of what I put myself through. It's been a life saver for me, literally, as I have NAFLD and needed to loose the weight promptly. Just for everyone wondering, it also slows digestion and allows you to feel fuller faster and stay fuller longer. It's not for everyone but definitely discuss with your doctor. Both me and my father are on it. Him for his diabetes and me for weight-loss.
