Wow! I made it through my first day with no hiccups to the plan!!!! Just finished my second day's work out for the morning and feel great. Only thinking of today!!!!

Just finished my workout for the afternoon and feel good. My problem today is trying to figure out what to eat and not cook two meals!!! Everything I choose isn't a problem w/ the calories but is a problem w/ the sodium!! If anybody has any ideas please help. Here's an example, I was going to have chili for dinner tomorrow w/ my husband, but the sodium is almost at the limit for the entire day. I only put grnd beef, kidney beans, tomatoes and spices, very little salt. Can't have it.
