Hallo Kak.. saya Ikut Kelas Diet Online atur pola makan.. dan terbantu turun 17kg. Diet tetap boleh makan nasi, bumbu gula garam minyak saos kecap, oke semua. diet dibimbing coach jadi kita tinggal ikut menu mealplan yang diberikan dan sudah dihitung kalorinya.. bila minat bisa cek IG @dietsehat.ima atau WA 081333173699
