So disgusted w/ myself!! back at 215. I was down to 203.4. Was doing alot of walking through the summer and then winter comes and goes down hill. I truly have to commit myself to losing 60 lbs and lowering my cholesterol. My first goal is to do the treadmill and the bike for an hour each day for the first week.
