A new low weigh in on the way to 183. Also, comfortably fit into a 32" waist pair of shorts yesterday just like 30 years ago.
Wasn't feeling so hot on Monday and woke up feeling terrible yesterday. Sore upper throat, phlegmmy, feverish. Super dosed the vitamin C powder, 3000mg twice a day starting Monday night. Felt better as the day went on and woke up today with only a slight irritation. The vitamin C really short circuited the bug.
