Day 1 so far so good...ate really well today and planning on going for a bike ride tonight if the hubby is up for it! Didn't drink as much water as I would have liked too today, but the day is still young! I pretty much only drink water so it really isn't an issue with me..I am planning on making a batch of brown ride and sauteed veggies tonight and have some left overs for my lunches..plus went grocery shopping and stocked up on fruit and veggies so that will help! I sure hope I can make it though the first phase with no issues...LOL!!! Have nothing going on tonight, tomorrow and Wednesday night have softball, nothing on Thursday night, then Friday night kick ball..yes I said kick ball. We joined a league for the summer and had our fist game last Friday night..it was a blast! Yesterday I played 5 games of softball and it was very hot so did a lot of running and sweating..this weekend we have a big tourney and will be playing both women's and coed so that will be some great exercise! I will post more later this week...wish me luck!
