I cut out bread - using one day at a time to do this - it is very hard for me - I love bread.

only way to cut would be to make a sandwich 😋 but maybe if you're having, have it in your breakfast or before your workouts 😊

You don’t really have to cut bread out, make it whole grain and try for one piece a day, like toast for breakfast.there are some low carb breads that toast up pretty good. Sprouts has a couple of decent ones. They aren’t in my WOE but my BF takes a sandwich to work so that helps him and he likes it.

I was put on a low carb/low fat diet recently for prediabetes and also had to cut out bread. I have gotten to the point now where I don't really miss it. I found Mission Carb Balance Whole Wheat Tortillas and Light Rye Wasa crackers helped me with the transition.

Ezekial 4:9 Bread helped me. No flour, just sprouted grains and yeast.

Bread really isn't that great, it's what goes on it that makes it seem so. IMHO

Bread (toasted with butter) and sweets are my downfall. DO NOT try Dave's Killer Good Seed bread - it is highly addictive!
