Feeling a little down. Been working out almost every single day and counting calories and only lost about 7lbs. I know it’s something but I just feel like I should be a lot further then I am. I know food is my issue. I need to change my diet.. I really wanna try keto again buts it’s so limiting and difficult to start. I need a meal plan but there all money so not helpful at all. I need some words of encouragement. My goal was to get under 200 by March 30th. I still have 9 weeks left… and still in the 224s. :(
