Bloody spring storm knocked out the power which in turns removes Mr Internet ugg, who knew I was so reliant?? On the other side of the coin I was recording my food jurnal old school with a rock and stick, just kidding pen and paper and fat secret uner estemates most items, that would explain why Im not loosing more weigh so I will have to be more viligant in added my food and not using the first one that pops up as its convient. Off to the batch on friday 10th for 10 days so will log in when and where able but wont be weighing in untill the 20th. Tired but pretty much back to normal will resume gym on return xx #winningwithsmallvictories
