Ragazzi, grazie a tutti per le belle parole di supporto! Siete grandi :)
La dieta che seguo non ha nulla di speciale....mangio tutto in poche quantità, tutto cucinato dietetico logicamente...molte verdure e molti legumi in quanto sono vegetariana. Faccio un giorno libero ogni 10-15 giorni in cui mi sbizzarrisco :D
Gli sgarri capitano! Ma non bisogna mollare. IN BOCCA AL LUPO A TUTTI VOI, TENIAMO DURO!
