Check ur maintenance calories on google.. Start eating extra 300calories with it.. Daily Protein goal_ 1.8/2g x ur body weight.. Search affordable protein food and make ur own diet As per ur lifestyle.. Follow Workout split_ push pull leg .. Start tracking ur calories & weight daily Thats it. ⚡
