I didn't eat enough protein yesterday, but managed to finish up with a can of tuna at 7:10pm and a protein shake, before a nice long hot bath. Came down stairs in the morning to find i dropped 0.4% BF. Was it the bath that did that? I must try that again!
116.2 kg Lost so far: 23.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

If you are using a scale for body fat percentage, remember they are not totally accurate. I'm not sure what the discrepany is for them, but it will change based on your water content. So a bath might dehydrate you a little affecting the percentage. Weird huh, lol!
