Bro. I have a 50kg homeworkout set.
Im shearing my pic bcoz. I'm gaining my muscles without any protein powder and not wasting my money on gym fees.

I'm eating only maintenance calories ..
and I'm following
push_pull_leg workout split..
supplements _ fish oil & multivitamin.
my protein sources..
100g soya
60g peanuts
3 eggs
per day.
8hrs of sleep and that's set.
