Bro. I have a 50kg homeworkout set. Im shearing my pic bcoz. I'm gaining my muscles without any protein powder and not wasting my money on gym fees. (Belongs to middle class family )

@sreeuma 1.8gm x bodyweight = daily protein goal I'm eating only maintenance calories .. and I'm following push_pull_leg workout split.. supplements _ fish oil & multivitamin. my protein sources.. 100g soya 60g peanuts 3 eggs per day. 8hrs of sleep and that's set.
