yesterday I wanted something sweet, ok I wanted something specific caramel slice!! I had done a ton of baking on the weekend for the boys and everything goes in baking tins, so I cant see it. There was a large slice in a clear container that I saw just before lunch, by tea time it was singing to me, after tea it was like a sugar coated siren. I then did what any one would do in my place, I took my 3 year old to bed at 7;30 and went to bed myself and like magic it was gone when I got up. not great for my relationship and I wouldn't suggest doing it every day but I woke up refreshed after 12 hours sleep and the cravings are gone, result and small victories xx
