This is the official Biggest Loser weight (with clothes on) so...this is good. Now I need to keep the momentum going for next week. The first week is always the easiest.

One thing I did do was lower the minumum calorie intake.
90.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
