Ofc course! I seasoned sticky rice with rice vinegar and sesame oil, pressed it flat down in a container and put it in the fridge for it to harden. I cut pieces of salmon and mixed kewpie mayo, siracha, soy sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper in. Cut the rice up into squares and pan fry them. Place the salmon on top and add chives. I hope this was clear!
