Starting the Detox today! The 21 day diet, no carbs, no meat, just fruits and veggies and protein shakes!
90.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 11.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Good luck. I guess you mean things like bread and pasta and sugar?. Fruits and veggies are also carb but slightly different kind. Sounds like a good plan for a reset
