I stopped trying to get healthy for a while and did not pay attention to what I was eating and i had very limited exercise. I am changing that and I will be healthy again!
131.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 51.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
