Weirdly hungry all day yesterday. Not usually the case since I started this thing (at least not the constant im hungry im hungry Im hungry head trip) After work, a bit of drama (a lot actually!) at home and I think the ol' emotional chow down trigger was firing. I did niot go over RDI, but I far surpassed my own 1700 vcalorie goal. I did expend a lot of energy though, which helps the head asa well as the belly! I gotts get more vessies in me. Had been doing really well there, and not a big deal cause I like em' just not getting as much as I had been. Still doing tons of water. Today is a new day with new issues...lets see where this goes!
