So it figured I start this diet yesterday and im going through a lot of stress the last few days and I want to stress eat more than anything right now and I cant...which i guess is kind of a good thing lol. I do need to get more veggies though i bought veggies that arent allowed in the induction phase cuz i didnt read it first lol. I also need to try to have more filling dinners so i stop eating between bed and dinner or like usual right before bed.
