I feel like I've been staying at this point for ages already. I'm stuck at 60! I don't know if I feel frustrated or glad that I'm stable. Lol.
I guess a bit of both.
PMS is apparently back again - yay. pff... SO who knows what this week will bring....

Thanks Sandykessler - I really hope so! I've been tottering between 59/60 for months now that its getting both frustrating and comforting at the same time.
Part of me is thinking that my body just wants to stay at this weight.

If your working out you may be gaining muscle and lossing fat. That could be why you stay at the same weight. Just keep at it

@nfadgen, nope not working out at the moment. i'm starting to think that my body is just happy around this weight 59/60 kg. when i first started low carb in the first year i dropped 10KG without even trying - the second year i quit smoking and suddenly the weight just came back. this year (my third LC year) i'm struggling more with weight loss. it is much slower and much more sensitive to fluctuations.
this could be age, the smoking quitting, so many different things. i'm not overly worried about it, this weight range is not too bad. i just prefer how i look slightly slimmer.
