So I just don't know what to do! I have been so down, my weight loss just hasn't gone well. I have never had such a hard time! This has always worked for me and I just don't know what I am doing wrong! This was my WOE for over 6 months and I lost 30 lbs. I was off for a while during the holidays and then I got really sick. The only thing different is I am not walking the 2+ miles per day. I think I will try getting back to that. I keep saying that but it just hasn't happened!
I fell off the wagon for the whole weekend! I didn't go too crazy but I didn't do well either! I am trying to be ecxited and start over AGAIN, I am just so down! I wanted to be at 150 before I leave for Baltimore on the 15th but It just doesn't look like I am going to make it!

Wendy you can do this. I will take some time tomorrow and check your food diary, but I suspect that you aren't eating enough calories. Add some more fat and see what happens. Hang in there my friend! You'll get there! Hugs!
