So I may have actually developed an eating disorder either Anorexia or Orthorexia.... so as an experiment I will try a day off counting calories tomorrow and see how I go o.O

Oh no good luck. I'm off logging for a week too because i'm obsessed with what i eat too and it's taking up a lot if my time and thoughts. The silly thing is we don't need to lose weight but still want to that in itself is not a good thing. Go figure. AnywY i'm here for you feel free to vent.
