goooooooood monday mornin everyone!!!...was so nice an sunny yesterday before noon...got out in it for a while an just relaxed...then the clouds moved in, but no rain...so was a decent day anyways...gettin ready to head out for my morning walk...downloaded the first week of couch to 5k podcasts...gonna listen to that as i do my morning walk/jog...its suppose to just be for a week, but i was thinkin of using it for a 2 weeks to get my body use to it more...there are 9 weeks of it...if you do it for a week...but im thinkin if i do it for 2 weeks, then hopefully i will take it slower an make a habit of doing it...and hopefully it will help to tone up what i cant seem to get off from just walking...or thats the thinkin behind it right now...if my lower back can take it...gonna do a half of a muslce relaxer before i head out so that it can be workin before i get into movin muscles that im not use to movin...well hope everyone had a greatttttttttt sunday...and a greatttttttt monday as well....
addon:...having done my first couch to 5k walk/jog workout...i can say i did pretty good...but by the last 2 of the 1 min jogs i was needing a new tank of oxygen..lol...the podcast just last 20 min or so so then i did my morning walk behind that cause i didnt really feel like i was tired yet...seemed like a long walk...87 min for both the podcast an the morning walk but im sure as i do better it will get faster...now to take a short rest an then get up an do some errands...mistin rain this morning...but felt good as i walked ...
