Went OFF my rotation diet tonight for "ice cream" and a chocolate bar. And the ice cream was NOT as rewarding as I thought it would be AND it made me crave MORE sugar/chocolate (the chocolate bar!).
Meh.
And annoyed I can't lift. Grrr.
