Tmn2 yg lagi program weight loss atau weight gain jgn liat perubahan org lain utk patokan naik/turunnya ya. Dua hari lalu beratku 48 tp dari bulan april emang uda stabil di 46. Klpun surplus paling cuma 1-2minggu aja mknya bisa turun lumayan cepet walaupun di kalori maintenance/normal. Ini lagi defkal jadi lebih cepet lagi turunnya
