Breakfast - 3/4 Avocado, 2 HB Eggs, 2 Pieces Rye Toast. Ohhh Sooo Gooood!

out of curiosity, what did you do with the remaining 1/4 avacado?

The other 1/4 avocado I tossed because I don’t have my avocado saver yet. I don’t like throwing food away, but until I get the avocado saver that’s all I can do.

I could but I didn’t want to over do it. Still have to count the calories.

Once I get my avocado keeper I will just use half an avocado per day.
