Well I took the day off yesterday and went to Scottsdale to meet with my best friend from elementary school, the last time I saw her was 30 years ago! She is beautiful and so his her family! I had such a good time!
Well I deceided to take the day off of Induction because I am just not doing something right! I have been on 2 weeks and I have only lost a few pounds. So today I deceided to start over again! I have been having trouble with calories and so I am going to MAKE SURE I gt my water in everyday and see if maybe I just needed a jump start again! I am not sure this is the right thing to do, but I have to change something. I am hopeing to be around 145 by the time I leave for Baltimore on the 15th!
