Great job! Also remember that muscles retain water when they're building and being used! Muscles are the way to go i'm 3kg heavier than before kids but the same size clothes fit me much better and i'm told I look leaner than before. I had zero muscles before and was just thin and unhealthy and now i'm much stronger! Do some measurements maybe to track your progress?

I reckon you look sexy =P You're progress is doing well =) I am not weighing myself in for a while (2 weeks) so I can see where and what affects my weight. As for the leaner part, I feel leaner and do look leaner in certain areas and my clothes just don't fit, everything is too big. I am considering measurements, I've asked my PT to do a bio age again and compare it to my last test and see my results =)

I've actually had a few "binges" lately and I can honestly say I feel much better, I am not craving ice cream, biscuits or tim tams anymore and I won't need them for a while. I am coming to self peace which is helping my stress levels
