Good news! BMI numbers are a little kinder now as I realized I was leaving off my extra 1/2 inch of height :)

Good week but challenging to get in steps when it's dark by 5pm. I am now the crazy lady walking the outdoor mall like it is my personal track.

Current BMI: 33.4
Total Loss: 81 lbs
Remaining: 55 lbs
Daily Steps Average: 13.6k

Under 200 goal: by Dec 13
Next BMI goal: 29.9 (est Feb 7)
"Normal" BMI goal: 24.9 (est May 23)
Final goal: 24.4 (est Jun 6)
92.5 kg Lost so far: 22.2 kg.    Still to go: 24.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
