Only Soup in Dinner. Recipe- Sauted Onion with ginger and garlic then added Cauliflower, Cabbage, Carrots, Peas and water. At last added bit of Ararot and black pepper. Finally topped with fresh coriander, spring onions and lemon juice.

Soupalacious. Salad +water vs veg soup. Souping makes easy to digest but makes you feel full by stretching stomach suppress hunger harmone gherlin and also water is mixed with food hence retain longer in stomach Instead of passing by. Bravo.

You can make collage of whole day picture and post once instead of multiple. Just suggestion. Also by daily posting what you eat you will. Be reminded of what you eat healthier hence more aware(you may interpret as conscious abt it).
