What's the hurry could have posted whats the curry 🥘. May I suggest to avoid rice and eat it occasionally if we want to decrease weight, calories, GI. But anyways Nice, are there peanuts in curry?

nope ..its chickpeas sabji. and i think everything is ok if total kcal is less than daily kcal needed.

Just to change thinking have food for thought is it ok to drink. Fruit juice of daily kcal in one go. Its isn't just how much but all what to make up of...
